MARKETING/CUSTOMER SUCCESS ASSOCIATE

COMPANY DESCRPTION: Mazi is a Kenyan e-Mobility as a Service (e-MaaS) company
that leverages clean energy to de-carbonize mobility by introducing electric motorbikes.
Our mission is to serve e-mobility operators with reliable and affordable on-demand

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Are you looking for a dynamic and exciting role in an early-stage startup? Do you have a
passion for clean energy and the drive to make a difference in the world? Look no
further! Mazi Mobility seeks a highly motivated and organized Marketing/Customer
Success Associate to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
● Building and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers.
● Communicating with customers to understand their needs and pain points, and
providing solutions.
● Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
● Collaborating with other teams to ensure projects are completed on time and
within budget.
● Providing daily reports to management.
● Monitoring and analyzing customer data to identify areas for improvement.
● Managing and training customer service team members.


QUALIFICATIONS:
● 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-related jobs.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work well under pressure and be highly adaptable.
● Passion for clean energy and making a positive impact on the world.
● Fluency in English and Kiswahili is a requirement.
● Design skills in Canva, Adobe or any related software.
